## The honest read

Griswold & Sons holds 3 stars from 2 ratings on Google.

A 2025 customer who hired the business as a painter said they were told the painter would tape, but windows were left a mess inside and out, with excess paint not cleaned off the glass. That customer wrote that the trim was neat but that missed spots were visible on the walls, and that the painter came back several months later to paint an exterior window after many calls, having already been paid in full.

**Concerns:**
- Paint left on glass — a 2025 customer said windows were left a mess
- A slow return visit — a 2025 customer waited several months for an exterior window
