Its own site pitches plumbing installation and repair, from leaking pipes and broken toilets to water supply lines and fixtures. A recent customer says they use GT every time they have a plumbing issue, and the problem is almost always fixed the same day or the next.

A recent customer said GT unblocked a clogged sewer line and did the job well, but gave two stars over the follow-up. That customer was referred through an American Water Works repair plan and needed a receipt showing the work was paid; they said GT supplied only a paper showing what the work would cost, so AWW would not reimburse the $375, and repeated calls for a proper receipt went unanswered.

A 2025 customer who moved to Norwalk from NYC said they hired GT for multiple jobs, called Tom the owner, and singled out Kat, the office manager, for handling city permits personally. A 2025 customer described Tom and his staff as reliable, prompt and clean. A 2024 customer said they hired GT to relocate their shower plumbing and fix a leaking toilet.
