## The honest read

After five or more estimates, a May 2023 Google reviewer chose Lindi of Guaranteed Roofing, who priced the job way below the other quotes, talked the customer out of unnecessary work others had suggested, and was in and out in 2 days. Guaranteed Roofing is an eastern Connecticut roofer; its website says it has been in business 25 years and names a service area from Canterbury, Windham and New London to Tolland, Hartford and Worcester.

Its written reviews run from 2021 to 2025. In a November 2021 Google review, a customer with roof leaks said the crew explained what they saw and how to fix it, and there had not been a leak since. An April 2023 Angi customer had the roof replaced and was happy with price, quality and professionalism, and a March 2023 reviewer said the work was neat and the price great.

Google shows 5★ from 25 ratings, and Angi and HomeAdvisor each show 4.7★ from 3 ratings. The website offers free estimates, says the company is insured, and lists MA HIC Reg: 200626RI and Registration: 30560.

Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0583953, is active.

**Strengths:**
- Honest quotes — 2023 customer was steered away from unneeded work
- Leak repairs — 2021 review: no leak since the fix
