## The honest read

Guarded Plumbing says on its website that it has served the Greater Danbury area for over 10 years, offering plumbing to homeowners across Fairfield County. The site also claims 21 years in business.

A 2023 customer said a gas outage left all the plumbing pipes frozen, other plumbing companies could not come right away, and Guarded Plumbing arrived within one hour. A 2022 customer said Tomas came out within an hour of the call and fixed a broken faucet.

A 2023 customer said Tom advised replacing two faucets because the parts were discontinued, installed them, and came back the next morning to fix a slight leak on one. A 2024 customer said Tomas helped find the main water line's outside shut-off valve, then came back the next day to replace 3 water valves in an old house. That 2024 customer also said he had replaced a water heater the year before.

A 2022 customer gave one star after an emergency pipe burst, calling the company not helpful and rude.
