## The honest read

Gustavo Dumpster Norwalk rents dumpsters, and a recent Google customer describes a delivery that went wrong on several fronts.

That customer says the dumpster arrived much later than the scheduled delivery time, which delayed the project. The final charge came in above the original quote because of fees that were not explained beforehand, the customer wrote, and the delivery damaged the driveway. The customer said the driveway issue was not handled appropriately and would not use the company again.

**Concerns:**
- Late delivery — a recent customer said the dumpster arrived much later than scheduled
- Charges above quote — a recent customer cited fees not explained beforehand
- Driveway damage — a recent customer said the delivery damaged the driveway
