A 2023 customer said Guy's came out on an emergency call because of fumes in the house, and credited the repair man with explaining what was wrong and saving them from possible carbon monoxide poisoning. The business also runs a gas station and garage. A recent customer says they pump your gas for you and calls the people pleasant. In a 2022 review, a customer wrote that the service manager had refused to say which battery was put in the car, and that another repair shop later found nothing wrong with a battery Guy's had said needed replacing. **Strengths:** - Same-day kerosene delivery — a 2022 customer said delivery came the same day - Weekend oil fill-up — a 2025 customer said Guy's came by Saturday morning - Emergency fumes call — a 2023 customer said the repair man explained what was wrong - Long-time customer — a 2026 reviewer said they had been one since 1997 **Concerns:** - Unapproved repair charge — a 2022 customer said a separate fix was done without consulting them - Battery replacement dispute — a 2022 reviewer said another shop found nothing wrong with it ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A 2022 customer said a kerosene delivery came the same day they called _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChZDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSURtOXR5ZUp3EAE!2m1!1s0x0:0x1b30f51ce63d0384!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgIDm9tyeJw%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Excellent service courteous staff.
