## The honest read

Hallinan Water Works LLC works on pools; its website, under the name Hallinan Home Improvement, describes custom pool systems, full-home security and smart tech integration, and says the business has 5 years behind it. On Google it holds 1 star from 1 rating.

In a 2025 review, a customer said they hired Tyler, who owns Hallinan Water Works LLC, to fix a pool leak and take care of the pool that summer. That 2025 customer said Tyler took the pool lights out while looking for the leak and that it took him a month to put them back in. The same 2025 reviewer said Tyler promised to install a new multiport at no charge, later texted that the installation was a free courtesy he was no longer willing to provide, and never installed it. In that 2025 review, the customer said the pool was still leaking and Tyler could not detect the leaks to fix it.

**Concerns:**
- An unfixed pool leak — a 2025 customer said Tyler could not detect it
- A promised multiport — a 2025 customer said it was never installed
- Slow light reinstall — a 2025 customer said lights took a month
