That customer said Jason Gerbino completed the renovation to schedule and oversaw the other subcontractors, electricians and painters on the job. A different basement went from a dark, dingy space to a living area for a customer's mom after Jay redid it, that customer said. On a bathroom renovation, a customer said Jason paid close attention to detail and the finished bathroom looks beautiful. One homeowner had a bird nest taking up a good portion of the space above the master bathroom ceiling; that customer said Jason and Dylan removed it, made sure no future birds could get into that area, and also built a pantry closet in the kitchen. A nursery got new trim throughout, new paint, wallpaper on a statement wall where the sailboats had to line up, and hung window treatments, that customer said. A homeowner said Harborview replaced older windows in the home and that the windows look great and work well. A customer said Jay guided them through the decisions on an organized garage. In a 2026 review, a customer said Harborview did multiple projects for them and every project was reasonably priced. **Strengths:** - Basement renovations — two basements redone, one after a burst water line - Subcontractor coordination — oversaw electricians and painters on a basement job - A nursery makeover — trim, paint, wallpaper and window treatments - Window replacement — older windows replaced, look great and work well ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 5-star average across 20 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Harborview%20Building%20Company&query_place_id=ChIJI8pjHYEVJwkRL7qvN1cHem0) — “Google: 5★ from 20 ratings” - Renovated a basement after a burst water line, coordinating electricians and painters _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25oaWEzTnBSMnBLYzFCNldYUkZWa1oxWTJneVMxRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x6d7a075737afba2f!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOnhia3NpR2pKc1B6WXRFVkZ1Y2gyS1E%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Harborview Building company renovated my basement after a water line burst.
