Hard to Reach Stumps grinds out tree stumps, and it holds a 5-star Google rating from 46 ratings. A 2021 customer said Todd and Ryan reached a stump a few hundred feet from the road with zero damage to the grass, and that grass was growing within a couple weeks.

A 2022 customer said the company came the same day with an estimate, then returned that Friday, ground up 20 hemlock stumps, cleaned up and was done in less than two hours. A 2022 customer said Ryan and Todd ground 7 big stumps in about two hours and even did a few extra small ones. A 2021 customer who needed stumps removed to make way for paving said some sat in a stone wall and drainage, and that the six stumps were done and cleaned up in under 4 hours. A 2023 customer said the company replied right away to a Sunday text, came Tuesday to quote, came back the very next morning and texted pictures of the whole process.
