## The honest read

Heartwood Kitchen & Bath Center sells and designs kitchen and bath cabinetry; on Houzz it describes itself as a full service kitchen and bath dealership with a showroom in Saco.

A recent customer said Dale and Brandon were considerate and helpful. A 2024 customer said the work was done early and service was prompt.

A 2021 customer said Sherry worked with them on kitchen and baths for a new build from October 2020 through May 2021 and made several visits to the site. A 2018 customer who built new construction in Saco said Karlene designed their kitchen, helped them stay within budget and arranged several site visits with their builder. A 2019 customer said Don handled their bathroom vanity top project.

In a 2015 review, a customer said cabinets were installed over their washer and dryer in about an hour and a half, and that the technician drilled the holes for the cabinet knobs and re-hooked the dryer.

A 2024 customer liked the vanities they bought but said the delivery dates changed several times and caused big problems with their contractor, and that Heartwood would not hang the mirrors or put the knobs on the vanities. That 2024 customer said Jeremy from Heartwood eventually came and put the knobs in.

**Concerns:**
