A 2026 Google reviewer wrote that deliveries were always prompt if not early, that the drivers were personable and helpful, and that ordering and paying was easy. In 2026, a reddit commenter wrote that Heatable was part of Dead River Co., that you used an app on your phone to order, and that it did not do service and just sold oil. In 2025, a reddit commenter wrote that Heatable always delivered next day, even when it said it was a few days out. In 2022, a reddit commenter wrote that ordering was all done through the app and was will-call rather than a payment plan. In 2025, a reddit commenter wrote that Heatable did not do autofill, so you had to keep an eye on your tank. A reddit commenter wrote in 2026 that Heatable charges at the time payment is provided, not when the oil is delivered. A reddit commenter wrote in 2026 that prices had gone up since the company was bought out but were still usually the lowest, with quick delivery. A 2026 Google reviewer who said they had been with Heatable for a few years gave two stars after calling about an offer a neighbor had received and being told no. **Strengths:** - Prompt delivery — a 2026 reviewer said deliveries were prompt if not early - Phone app ordering — a 2026 reddit commenter said orders go through an app **Concerns:** - No autofill — a 2025 reddit commenter said to watch your tank - A refused offer — a 2026 reviewer was told no on a neighbor's offer ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Delivers home heating oil _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2pnek1FMVVXV2RuWTFwQldrMU9iMnBWVkVweGRFRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x1e6246af453cd7fa!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjgzME1UWWdnY1pBWk1Ob2pVVEpxdEE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ Always prompt if not early on deliveries.
