## The honest read

A recent customer said an AC install was done for the quoted amount and on time, though they would have liked a little more attention to cleaning up after the job. A recent customer said their AC was fixed and is running fine since, and that a portable A/C service came down to the simple adjustment they expected, at a price reasonable compared with what they had paid before for similar services.

A 2026 customer said Heating & Cooling repaired their furnace. A 2025 customer said the company fixed their AC on short notice. A 2021 customer said they came out when they said they would and fixed the furnace for the price they quoted, and did not mind the customer watching and asking questions while they worked.

**Strengths:**
- An on-quote AC install — a recent customer said it was done on time
- Furnace repair on quote — a 2021 customer said the price matched the quote

**Concerns:**
- Cleanup after install — a recent customer wanted more attention to cleanup
