## The honest read

Heec does electrical work, and its Thumbtack profile carries 4.8 stars from 25 ratings.

A customer said Okieffe installed a car charger, connected a power vented skylight and patched the drywall opening he had made to route the cables. Keith did an EV charger install with a pedestal for a customer who said some product defects came up and he mediated them quickly. A customer said he installed a Tesla Wall Connector professionally.

On a difficult wiring issue between two apartments' panels, a customer said he troubleshot the problem, determined the root cause, removed the incorrect wiring and added new wiring and a breaker, and everything worked after. That customer called his pricing fair. A customer said Keith was there immediately, found the issues and "fixed the previous contractors mess."

A customer who hired Tyrek to replace six outlets, three switches and a chandelier over the stairs said one switch the customer had bought was the wrong one, and he came back the next day with the right switch and finished the job.

**Strengths:**
- EV charger installs — car chargers, a pedestal unit and a Tesla Wall Connector
- Wiring troubleshooting — a customer said he found the root cause between panels
- A return visit — came back next day with the right switch
- A drywall patch — the opening made to route cables was patched
