In a 2022 review, a customer described Jean clearing over two feet of snow from their sidewalks and walkways during a blizzard, calling him fair on price and quick to respond. A 2021 review praised the crew's attitude and called the job a pleasure to work with, and a 2020 review complimented the team for showing up on time and clearing out yard work. A 2019 review, from a repeat customer, called the work professional, hardworking, and reliable for ongoing yard needs. All four reviews are five-star, and on Thumbtack the company holds a 4.6-star average across 18 ratings, with 78% five-star. One in twenty of those Thumbtack ratings comes in at one star, though nothing explains why. The company also reports OSHA 10 certification and a passed background check. This is a solid call for yard work, snow removal, junk removal, and general labor — the jobs its customers actually describe. For HVAC or a larger renovation, ask about specific experience with that trade before booking. **Strengths:** - Yard and snow work — reviewers from 2019 to 2022 call it reliable and fair - High Thumbtack rating — 4.6 stars across 18 ratings, 78% five-star - OSHA 10 certified — company reports the certification and a background check **Concerns:** - One-star ratings — 5% of 18 Thumbtack ratings are one star ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Four five-star reviews from 2019 to 2022 praise the yard work and snow removal crew as reliable, hardworking, and fair on price _(confidence: medium)_ - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ma/randolph/junk-removal/helping-hand-specialist-osha-10-certified/service/367935601639243779) — “5★ I cannot say enough good things about helping hand specialist.
