A recent Google customer described an annual pump-out at their property, thanked Robin for handling the call and Tommy for the pump-out, and said they have used the company for several years. That customer said everyone there is professional, on time and values good communication. The company's website says it has been in business 55 years and lists a service area that includes Watertown, Thomaston, Woodbury, Litchfield and Naugatuck. A 2023 Google customer said paying cash took $20 off, bringing the pump-out to $210. In that 2023 review, the customer said the technician used a mirror to verify the baffle instead of removing the second cover, told them so, and cleaned his hose afterward with water he had on board. A 2022 Google customer left the money outside while no one was home; the tank turned out a little smaller than the 1,000 gallons they had assumed, and the company took only the cost of the smaller tank. A 2024 Google customer said that although the company was booked up, it offered other options nearby for their septic inspection. **Strengths:** - Honest billing — a 2022 customer said they charged for the smaller tank - A careful baffle check — a 2023 customer said a mirror was used - An annual pump-out — a recent customer has used them for several years ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A recent customer said they have used the company for several years for an annual septic pump-out _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25aUk1tOVBPVmhLZVhacGNHTk1XSEZzY1ZsR01FRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xd810422f16329d30!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOnZRMm9POVhKeXZpcGNMWHFscVlGMEE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ I finally found a GREAT company to maintain my septic system as complete an annual pump out at my property.
