The Milford company handles heating and cooling alike. A recent customer says a technician found on a tune-up that a new nozzle jet was needed and replaced it. A recent customer says a 2-man crew installed a new unit from start to finish in less than 6 hours. A customer with a condo in Woodmont says Jonathan gave a consultation and a fair price on a Carrier heat pump, and Gary and Sheldon completed the install in the time they estimated. A customer who woke up to a dead AC says Heritage sent someone out the same day to fix it. A customer whose original repair man said the compressor was dead says Heritage sent someone free of charge ahead of a heat wave, and the compressor was not dead. A customer with a complicated system of 7+ zones says Andrew found an issue they did not know about. A Reddit commenter in r/Connecticut called Heritage Heating and Air in Milford "Fair price great work. Very smooth to work with." A 2026 HomeAdvisor customer said Heritage replaced a cracked boiler and had the job done within 24 hours. A recent Google customer wrote that the bill was overpriced for a capacitor replacement. **Strengths:** - Same-day AC repair — a recent customer said someone came out that day - A fast unit install — a recent customer said under 6 hours, start to finish - A heat pump install — a recent customer said it finished in the estimated time **Concerns:** - A capacitor bill — a recent customer called it overpriced ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A recent customer described Gary and Sheldon reconfiguring supply lines, gas line and ductwork after a 70+ year old boiler was removed _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2s1bWQzUmtNbE5RZEZoT1JXWkVhbkZ2Wlc1YWJIYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x14e7f613e6adcd8a!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOk5md3RkMlNQdFhORWZEanFvZW5abHc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Honestly it was off to a rocky start.
