## The honest read

Heritage Moving and Storage is a moving and storage company.

A 2024 customer described a move that went badly: the base of a bed was damaged and one of its legs lost, a dresser was destroyed, and a brand-new mattress was not covered and ended up covered in dust. That 2024 customer also said a storage unit promised for the first month was later said not to apply, and that the company would not respond when they tried to find a way to get the bed fixed.

In a 2022 review, a customer said Lisa on the phone gave a straight price and worked with their budget.

**Strengths:**
- Straight phone pricing — a 2022 customer said Lisa worked with their budget

**Concerns:**
- Damaged furniture — a 2024 customer said a bed base and dresser were damaged
- Storage terms — a 2024 customer said promised first-month storage did not apply
