The company says it has been in business 5 years and lists well pump repair, replacement and installation, water tanks, testing, filtration and softening. A September 2026 customer said the well pump failed on the morning of the wedding they were hosting at home, and the crew came out that morning and got it fixed in time. In June 2026, a customer whose water pressure dropped said Garret arrived within 45 minutes of the call and fixed the problem. An August 2025 customer had been told they needed a new well pump, but Garrett's own testing found they only needed a new control box. A January 2026 reviewer said Garrett returned their call within 15 minutes and was onsite with a bladderless-type well tank in about an hour, ahead of a winter storm. In a July 2025 review, a customer said the company installed a water softening system with radon removal and a re-test came back at nearly zero. Reddit commenters have recommended the company in local threads, and a September 2025 commenter said it replaced a well pump, added an acid neutralizer and upgraded valves at an old farmhouse. A December 2024 Google reviewer called the company overpriced and said it didn't fix the problem at all. **Strengths:** - Same-day well calls — 2025 and 2026 customers had water back the same day - Honest diagnosis — a 2025 customer needed a control box, not a pump - Water treatment — a 2025 softener install brought radon to nearly zero **Concerns:** - Overpriced, unfixed — a 2024 reviewer says the problem was not fixed ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 2025 and 2026 customers described same-day well pump repairs, one in time for a home wedding _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25obFUwc3plREpzYkZrdGJIRXdiMTlyYUdWdWFuYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x4c06aafb417e3d9!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOnhlU0szeDJsbFktbHEwb19raGVuanc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and the level of service they provided us.
