## The honest read

Hilltop Property Services lists grading, landscaping, mowing, tree service and site clearing on Angi, and describes its team on its own site as hands-on and deadline-driven.

A 2025 customer described a poorly built retaining wall along the driveway and front yard that was falling onto the fire district's well cover, and the fire district had set a deadline to fix it. That customer said they opted to tear the wall out entirely, slope it and plant grass back on top, and that the work began in early September and finished in about three weeks. The same 2025 customer said Calvin explained his process, outcome and pricing in a way they could understand.

A 2025 reviewer wrote that an acre of dense trees, vines and scrub was transformed into a park-like setting to get more out of their solar panels. A 2025 customer said Jacob and Calvin helped transform a tricky landscape. A 2025 reviewer called the crew flexible with scheduling and reasonably priced.

**Strengths:**
- Retaining wall removal — a 2025 customer said it took about three weeks
- Clear pricing explanation — a 2025 customer said Calvin explained it understandably
- Acre cleared — a 2025 reviewer described dense scrub turned park-like
