## The honest read

Holbrook Granite and Marble is a countertop shop: in its own Houzz profile, the company says it fabricates and installs granite and other natural stone countertops and serves the Boston metro area. On Google it shows a 4.8-star average from 31 ratings.

A 2026 customer described accurate template creation and a quartz countertop and backsplash installation done in two parts, and said the 5/8-inch backsplash in the same material as the countertops was a bit of an added expense. A 2025 customer who had granite countertops installed in their kitchen said Loida responded promptly to all their questions throughout the process. In a 2025 review, a customer who had bought a kitchen counter from them about five years earlier said they came by the same day to fix a small problem with the sink.

A 2024 customer said their family had used them 5 or 6 times. A 2022 customer said they picked out their exact slabs at MSI in Norwood and described a quick turnaround from picking the granite to template to install, on a project in Sandwich, MA. In a 2021 review, a customer who had a waterfall edge island made said "the guys" protected the stairs on their deck as they carried the heavy countertop.

On Houzz, a 2019 customer said the employees were on time and respectful of their home. A 2017 customer there had kitchen and bath counters replaced and said everything fit and the work was completed in the time frame requested.
