## The honest read

R&R Landscaping is a Holliston, MA landscaping business that says it has been family owned and operated since the 1960's and was one of the first residential general maintenance outfits in Holliston to use commercial grade lawn mowers. Its website says it is now under the leadership of James Read and serves longtime customers in town. It offers free estimates and says it is insured.

A 2020 article reported that R&R Landscaping had two employees in 2002, owner Bobby Read and his son Jim, and that when his dad unexpectedly passed away, Jim didn't quite know whether to go to college or continue in his dad's business.

In a 2026 Google review, a customer called the business reliable, professional, family friendly and flexible.

**Strengths:**
- Family owned — operated by one family since the 1960's, it says
- Flexible service — a 2026 review called it reliable and flexible
