A recent customer had a combination A/C and furnace replaced and said the new system Dave Teodosio installed is quiet and efficient in cooling the home. A recent customer said Dave came over to the house on short notice. A 2025 customer said it was the third time they had the company work on their utilities: first a furnace replacement right after New Years, then Dave replaced the entire air conditioning system that summer, and then the hot water heater. A 2026 customer said Dave Teodosio and his team installed a new hot water heater after a written proposal, with the work done on the date and at the price agreed. A 2023 customer said Dave and his son did a complete oil to gas conversion, including removing the oil tanks, installing new gas lines and revamping the ductwork. A 2023 customer said Southern Connecticut Gas recommended the company when they needed a new furnace and hot water heater. A 2024 customer said Dave Teodosio and his son installed central air conditioning in a home over 100 years old. That 2024 customer said he called the same evening it was completed to make sure it was working well, and that they dug up and transplanted a 40+ year old hydrangea at the customer's request. It holds an active Connecticut heating and cooling licence, HTG.0303043-S1, under David S Teodosio. **Strengths:** - Oil-to-gas conversions — a 2023 customer described oil tanks removed and new gas lines - A same-evening check — a 2024 customer said Dave called after completion - A written proposal — a 2026 customer got one before a water heater install ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Lists a service area of 14 towns including West Haven, Milford, New Haven and Wallingford _(confidence: high)_ - [Official Website](http://www.homehvac.net) — “Stated service area (self-reported): West Haven, Milford, Orange, New Haven, North Haven, East Haven, Guilford, Branford, North Branford, Ha…” - Says it has been in business 45 years _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://www.homehvac.net) — “Self-reported 45 years in business” - Oil to gas conversions, including oil tank removal and new gas lines _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChdDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSUNabm9qa3lnRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x676b98c42e5fdc2!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgICZnojkygE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Had the pleasure of Dave and his son completing conversion of oil to natural gas furnaces at our property and I am very pleased with the …” - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChdDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSUN4NS1LbzJRRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x676b98c42e5fdc2!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgICx5-Ko2QE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Dave and his son did a complete oil to gas conversion including removing the oil tanks.
