That customer said he wouldn't quit until it was fixed, and did the same with their washing machine. A recent customer who needed a dryer drum changed out said he showed up when he said he would, was fast, explained everything and cleaned up after himself. A recent dishwasher repair customer described easy, prompt communication and work done quickly and neatly in the house. Jeremy fixed a fridge and a dishwasher quickly for one recent customer, who called the cost very reasonable. One recent customer wrote that the business came the same day and fixed their dryer. A recent customer with a Samsung fridge that had ongoing water problems wrote that the issue was ultimately not resolved. That customer said Jeremy was transparent that he wasn't fully convinced he had identified the exact cause, followed up, and discussed possible replacement parts and pricing. A 2026 customer said the business repaired their dryer in Worcester in a few hours and that he sent pictures of the repair and the issue because they were not there. A 2026 customer whose washer stopped working right before a vacation wrote that Jeremy diagnosed and saved the washing machine, with zero issues since. **Strengths:** - Same-day dryer fix — a recent customer said they came the same day - Clean-up after work — a recent customer said he cleaned up after himself - Reasonable pricing — a recent customer called the pricing very reasonable **Concerns:** - Unresolved Samsung fridge — a recent customer's water problem was not fixed ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A customer names Jeremy as the owner of Hometown Appliance _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT21ONVFtZFNiMlZzYmw5YVVGbHFXRnBvT0VOeFVsRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x10bfc395785380e!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmN5QmdSb2Vsbl9aUFlqWFpoOENxUlE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ I have used Jeremy, the owner of Hometown appliances on two of my appliances and I have NO complaints!
