House RE-UP LLC describes itself on its own site as a carpentry outfit, and its Google reviews, all from 2026, cover both remodels and small repairs. Most of them name Javonte. In September a customer who needed a sprayer hose fixed got a same-day appointment; he arrived early, swapped the part she had bought for one that fit, and was done quickly. A May review says he worked on that customer's hardwood floors and bathroom and calls him organized and meticulous, and another from May says the family plans to use him for future repairs or additions. On Google the company holds 5 stars from 10 ratings. Its Rhode Island home improvement contractor licence, GC-48493, held by House RE-UP LLC, is expired on the state registry, which prints it as invalid. **Strengths:** - Kitchen remodel — May 2026 customer loves the added granite-top island - Same-day repair — sprayer hose fixed, worker arrived early - Google rating — 5 stars from 10 ratings **Concerns:** - Expired RI licence — state registry shows HIC GC-48493 expired ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Rhode Island home improvement contractor licence GC-48493, held by House RE-UP LLC, is expired on the state registry _(confidence: high)_ - [State License Registry](https://crb.ri.gov/search/contractor-search) — “RI hic license GC-48493 registry-verified expired (registry's own word: "INVALID") — registry holder of record: HOUSE RE-UP LLC” - A May 2026 Providence customer described a kitchen remodel that added an island with a granite top and a storage nook by the side entrance _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT21OT1FqRm5OalZETUhBdE1FSnZkVzlZVWtGWU9WRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x17922f8678cac3ca!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmNOQjFnNjVDMHAtMEJvdW9YUkFYOVE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ Updated post: Back from vaca guys!!
