The Rhode Island remodeler's own Houzz profile calls it a high-end home remodeling company covering all of Rhode Island, with kitchens and bathrooms among the rooms it takes on. Its written track record is short and dated: two Houzz reviews, both 5 stars, from December 2015 and January 2016. The kitchen customer wrote about constant communication from the first meeting through the contract, a professional and courteous crew, electrical and plumbing subcontractors who were equally professional, and issues that were met head on; they also credited Raul's input on return on investment with shaping their final decisions. The December 2015 review came from an electrical contractor on his fourth project with the company, who praised its demand for quality and wrote, "No shortcuts here." The company's Houzz profile describes it as fully licensed and lists licence number 38907. Rhode Island's contractor registry shows registration GC-38907, held by Housingfutura, LLC, as expired. **Strengths:** - Kitchen renovation — a 2016 review describes a full kitchen rebuild - Steady communication — kitchen customer cited constant contact from first meeting - Repeat trade partner — electrical contractor praised quality on his fourth project **Concerns:** - Expired registration — Rhode Island registry lists GC-38907 as expired **Where sources disagree:** - The company's Houzz profile describes it as fully licensed, while Rhode Island's registry lists registration GC-38907 as expired. ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Rhode Island's contractor registry shows home improvement registration GC-38907, held by Housingfutura, LLC, as expired _(confidence: high)_ - [State License Registry](https://crb.ri.gov/search/contractor-search) — “RI hic license GC-38907 registry-verified expired (registry's own word: "INVALID") — registry holder of record: HOUSINGFUTURA, LLC” - Rhode Island contractor registration GC-38907 is expired on the state registry _(confidence: high)_ - [State License Registry](https://crb.ri.gov/search/contractor-search) — “RI hic license GC-38907 registry-verified expired (registry's own word: "INVALID") — registry holder of record: HOUSINGFUTURA, LLC” - Houzz lists licence number 38907 for the company _(confidence: medium)_ - [Houzz](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/general-contractors/housingfutura-home-remodeling-pfvwus-pf~2014606963) — “Licence listed on Houzz: 38907 (licence number printed on Houzz, self-reported)” - A January 2016 Houzz review describes a complete kitchen renovation, hardwood floor installation and removal of an interior wall to create a dining area, with constant communication throughout _(confidence: medium)_ - [Houzz](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/general-contractors/housingfutura-home-remodeling-pfvwus-pf~2014606963) — “5★ This was a complete kitchen renovation and also installation of hardwood floors, and removing one interior wall to create a dining area. …” - An electrical contractor on his fourth project with the company praised its insistence on quality in a December 2015 Houzz review _(confidence: medium)_ - [Houzz](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/general-contractors/housingfutura-home-remodeling-pfvwus-pf~2014606963) — “5★ This is now my fourth project with Housingfutura and once again I am unbelievably impressed with the quality and professionalism of this …” - Two 5-star Houzz reviews from 2015 to 2016;
