## The honest read

Hussey and Sons just completed a one-car garage for a recent Google customer, who said the job stayed on schedule and the company kept in constant communication about the dates and times workers would arrive. The company says it was founded in 2012 by Cory Hussey, who learned the trade from his grandfather, Jim Hussey. Its Better Business Bureau grade is A+.

A recent customer said the company handled their house renovations, including a kitchen remodel/retrofit and major renovations to both bathrooms. That customer said Greg, their onsite person for most of the project, communicated well and was a carpenter in his own right.

A recent customer whose house had extensive structural damage from many years of leaking windows said Hussey and Sons rebuilt the structure and replaced the windows, on time and on budget. A recent customer who has used the company on more than a few projects, for themselves and their associates, said it can guide a project while adjusting designs to the client's vision, and recommended Cory and the crew.

A 2026 customer said their bathroom renovation exceeded expectations and that it was a pleasure working with the company and its subcontractors.

**Strengths:**
- A one-car garage — a recent customer cited constant communication on worker arrival times
- Structural rebuild — leaking-window damage repaired on time and on budget
- Kitchen and baths — a recent customer's kitchen and both bathrooms renovated
