## The honest read

Ideal Plumbing, LLC holds New Hampshire plumbing licence MBE2201440, active on the state registry in the company's name. The company says it has been in business 20 years and names Manchester and Hooksett as its service area.

A recent Google customer who bought a townhouse said it needed a hot water heater right away, and John's workers came out and replaced it right away. That customer then had them install faucets, shower accessories and a toilet, and said they cleaned up after themselves both times. A recent customer whose furnace went said John and his team got them up and running again quickly, with fair pricing.

A 2024 customer said the company replaced a gas water heater and pipes on a Saturday morning. A 2025 customer said a plumber completely redid a sink drain as a one-day fix. A 2025 customer said John came out for a drain clog and made sure it was cleared. A 2024 customer had new appliances installed after ordering through Home Depot, and praised John's help and Tom and Dan during the two installs. A 2025 customer called owner John honest and said his team was there for 12 hours straight with no break. A 2025 customer said they use Ideal Plumbing to service multiple properties.

A 2025 customer said the company did not show up for an appointment, which cost them a day's pay, and they had to call to remind the company it was missed.

**Strengths:**

- Furnace replacement — a recent customer said they were running again quickly
- Saturday water heater swap — a 2024 customer had one replaced Saturday morning
- Cleanup after work — a recent customer said the workers cleaned up after themselves
