The company says it has been in business for 23 years and lists a service area that includes Cromwell, Middletown, Meriden, Waterbury and Derby. A recent customer had a 6' x 7'4" bathroom completely renovated, with a cast iron bath removed and new plumbing and electrical, and said two workers finished in 4 days plus a wait for custom glass. A West Hartford customer said the crew finished a one-day bathroom job on time. A 2025 customer said Josh and Andrew took out an old cast iron tub and the shower tile and installed a new walk-in shower. A 2024 customer said an old steel tub was replaced with a stand-up shower within hours. A 2025 customer said Sebastian did the kitchen work, gave updates and cleaned as he went. A recent customer said almost all of the measurements on a kitchen remodel were wrong; the company offered to install flooring for free, but the customer said the kitchen was not done correctly. A recent customer who paid over $10,000 described endless mistakes, poor communication and constant corrections. A recent customer who asked for a particular worker on a bathroom renovation said another employee was sent and the result was horrible. A 2024 customer listed holes in the backer board behind the shower panels, a shower trap sticking out past the joists, a floor installed on top of the older floor and a leaking shower head, and said they were hiring another plumber to fix the installation. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0671095, as active, held by Imagine Remodel. **Strengths:** - Full bath renovation — a recent customer said two workers finished in 4 days - A walk-in shower — a 2025 customer said an old cast iron tub came out **Concerns:** - Kitchen measurements — a recent customer said almost all were wrong - Shower installation — a 2024 customer listed holes in the backer board - Poor communication — a recent customer who paid over $10,000 described it ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Says it has been in business for 23 years _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://www.imagineremodel.com) — “Self-reported 23 years in business” - A recent customer said two workers completely renovated a small bathroom in 4 days, plus a wait for custom glass _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2tSbE9VbHRVMkpuVkVkTGJVZExVMnRKWDNKRWIzYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x2bf46d5f998b6538!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkRlOUltU2JnVEdLbUdLU2tJX3JEb3c%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ I hired Imagine Remodel to completely renovate the bathroom.
