## The honest read

iMow Lawn Care Services is a lawn and yard care business whose written reviews date from 2012 and 2013.

In a 2012 review, a customer said Paul and the guys at iMow cleaned up a small yard in downtown Nashua that had been abandoned for five years, turning it from a brier patch into a presentable yard. In that 2012 review, the customer said iMow built a gate, tamed hedges and old forsythias and lilacs, removed an elderberry tree, put in irrigation and helped uncover a flagstone patio. The same 2012 customer said Paul followed up a few weeks later and tamed the hedges back further, leaving 7 feet of boxwood, and called iMow's irrigation offerings very reasonably priced.

In a 2013 review, a customer wrote "Very Slow At Working With No Manners" and "Will use your bathroom and not flush the toilet."

**Strengths:**
- Yard cleanup — a 2012 customer said iMow cleaned up an abandoned yard
- Irrigation pricing — a 2012 customer called the irrigation offerings very reasonably priced

**Concerns:**
- Slow work — a 2013 customer called the work very slow
- Bathroom conduct — a 2013 customer complained about an unflushed toilet
