## The honest read

Industrial Flooring Technologies puts down epoxy floors in garages and commercial spaces, and its website says it has been in business for 25 years.

A 2025 customer said they had looked into doing epoxy themselves, then had Industrial quote the job and finish it in a few days; that customer wrote that it is now a proper garage. A 2024 customer said Brian and his team finished on time despite difficulties removing the existing linoleum floors. A 2024 customer said the company color matched to their branding and delivered a 1300sqft epoxy coat in a single day. A 2022 customer said the crew cleaned up well after each day on a new facility for Urban Lodge Brewing. In 2021, a customer wrote that employees hammering metal racking together on the new floor did not dent it.

**Strengths:**
- A one-day epoxy coat — a 2024 customer said 1300sqft was done in one day
- A durable floor — a 2021 customer said hammering metal racking left no dent
- Linoleum removal — a 2024 customer said work finished on time despite removal difficulties
