## The honest read

An early-morning emergency call, returned within 20 minutes: a recent Google customer who named Wes as the owner of Infinite Garage Doors said he arrived 15 minutes earlier than promised, brought all the necessary parts and tools, and had the door fixed in 20–30 minutes. The company's website says it offers garage door repair and installation.

A recent customer had a cross beam that left too little clearance for an opener; Wesley inspected it, modified the door tracking and used a different type of rail, and had everything installed and working. A recent customer said Wess put on a new spring, a new belt, a new bottom seal and new safety beams, and beat quotes from two other door companies. A Watertown customer said Wes came out the same day to replace their springs. In Rocky Hill, a recent customer said Wes had fixed a broken spring months earlier and then replaced an automatic garage door unit.

A 2026 customer said they called Wesley at 6:55 at night and had a new spring installed by 8:45. A 2026 customer said Wesley installed three garage doors and openers at their home in Southington. A 2026 customer said Wesley worked on all 5 garage doors in their buildings, including two large commercial doors. On Thumbtack, a 2025 customer said Wesley replaced both springs on their garage doors.

Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0703834, as active, held by Infinite Garage Doors LLC.

**Strengths:**
- Arrives with parts — a recent customer said he brought all needed parts and tools
- Same-day springs — a recent Watertown customer had springs replaced the same day
- A tricky opener install — tracking and rail modified to clear a cross beam
- A lower quote — a recent customer said he beat two other companies
