The company's website says it serves homes in Southern Maine and lists a service area that runs from Portland, Falmouth and Yarmouth down to Saco, Biddeford, Kennebunk and Wells. A recent customer in Old Orchard Beach wrote that when the boiler stopped working, another HVAC company quoted a flat rate of more than double and misdiagnosed the issue. That customer said AJ answered the phone immediately and diagnosed the problem over the phone, and that AJ and Nick arrived early with the exact parts needed. The same customer wrote that they caught deeper issues the first company missed, did a full furnace cleaning, finished in half the quoted time and charged significantly less than the first company quoted. A recent customer said Nick and AJ installed Mitsubishi hyper heat units and saved them close to $14,000, and that the two did a better job than other estimators of giving options and explaining the difference between each one. That customer also gave a shout-out to their electrician, Wyatt Laprise. A recent customer said a heat pump system was handled well from the quote through the installation, including help picking the system and its placement, and after a year of use likes both the AC and heating and the air filtration. A recent customer said AJ and his crew installed mini splits at the beginning of the summer, were fast, and still take the time to answer follow-up questions. A recent 1-star customer, who said they gave the company a lot of work when it was starting out, wrote that their daughter's several messages got one text back and their own four messages got no return call. That customer also said the company does not do any emergency work. A 2022 HomeAdvisor customer called the company reliable, quick and friendly and said the systems looked great. **Strengths:** - A boiler repair — a recent customer said AJ diagnosed it over the phone - A heat pump install — a recent customer got help choosing the system and placement - A mini-split install — a recent customer said AJ and his crew were fast **Concerns:** - Unreturned calls — a recent customer said four messages got no reply - No emergency work — a recent customer said the company does not do any ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 4.9-star Google rating across 28 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Infinity%20Heating%20and%20Cooling&query_place_id=ChIJI6HBqsXXNm8RNuqQKRdpfDE) — “Google: 4.9★ from 28 ratings” - The company's website lists a Southern Maine service area from Portland to Kennebunk and Wells _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://infinityheatandcool.com) — “Stated service area (self-reported): Portland, Saco, Biddeford, Falmouth, Cape Elizabeth, Cumberland, Freeport, Scarborough, Ogunquit, Kenne…” - A recent customer said AJ diagnosed a boiler problem over the phone and the repair finished in half the quoted time for less than another company quoted _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25sa1FXSjVSaTAyTmpCTk9XMU9WV3BpWVZJME4zYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x317c69172990ea36!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOnlkQWJ5Ri02NjBNOW1OVWpiYVI0N3c%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ Highly recommend!
