## The honest read

A Medford household had been quoted $25,000 to replace their whole ductless mini-split system. The person who referred them to Craig wrote in April 2023 that he came in, fixed what was actually wrong, and charged a reasonable price for it. Most of what people describe about Infinity HVAC works that way: find the broken part, show it to you, put the system back to work.

In August 2026, a customer described Craig squeezing a visit into an already full day, quoting the price before he started, then opening up the unit and pointing out the defective piece — the AC was running again shortly after. A July 2026 customer noticed the same instinct, that he took time to diagnose the fault rather than reaching for the most expensive fix.

He turns up when things break. A furnace that would not fire in January 2025 got a short-notice visit. A salon owner in Saugus wrote in June 2025 that she had called several companies about her cooling and not one had rung her back inside a week.
