## The honest read

Infinity Pool Services is a pool company with 4.3 stars from 18 Google ratings.

A 2024 customer wrote that they hired the company to replaster and retile their pool, said the pool looked great once Joaquin and his crew were done, and kept them on afterward as their seasonal maintenance company. A 2024 reviewer who had used Joaquin for two pool seasons said he installed a new vinyl liner, opened and closed the pool and did some maintenance, all at fair prices. A 2024 customer wrote that they used to struggle with chemicals and vacuuming until Infinity Pool Services took all that away.

A 2024 customer wrote, in Spanish, that Joaquín stretched out the process of cleaning their pool in order to charge more, and that they had never paid so much for a pool cleaning. A 2024 customer wrote, also in Spanish, that the work was not efficient until they agreed to the request to rent the company's filter.

**Strengths:**
- Replaster and retile job — a 2024 customer said the pool looked great after
- Vinyl liner install — a 2024 reviewer said it was done at fair prices

**Concerns:**
- Drawn-out pool cleaning — a 2024 customer said it was stretched to charge more
- Filter rental request — a 2024 customer said work was inefficient until they rented it
