## The honest read

Ingrid Cleaning Services works out of Worcester, offering residential, commercial/office, and post-construction cleaning with a re-clean guarantee if a job isn't done right the first time.

The record here is short and mixed. Reviews from early 2026 called the crew fast, professional and punctual, and an April 2026 office client thanked lead cleaner Luiz by name for keeping the space in shape. But two reviews posted in June 2026, within days of each other, called the service "pretty bad" and, more pointedly, "terrible service by Luiz," telling others not to come.

With only a handful of reviews on file and a sharp split between the spring praise and the June complaints, it's worth asking directly what changed before booking.

A newer outfit best sized up with a quick conversation about the crew and their guarantee before signing on.

**Strengths:**
- Fast, professional work — reviewers praised speed on early jobs
- Repeat office client — thanked the crew for consistent upkeep

**Concerns:**
- June complaints — two reviews call recent service poor
