## The honest read

An April 2026 customer had never been through a lead inspection before; she said Jerry walked her through the whole process and made sure she understood it. That comes up again and again. A November 2025 customer got the results explained along with small fixes to head off future problems; a July 2025 customer said he lays out the deleading process clearly. When a September 2024 customer needed an inspection urgently, he fitted them in the next day.

Inspector 3755 is Jerry Urban working on his own out of Beverly, testing houses and commercial properties for lead paint and mould across the North Shore and Greater Boston — Lynn, Peabody, Newburyport, Cambridge, Newton and a dozen towns between. The site says the company was founded in 2007, sends samples for lab analysis and then recommends what to do about the results. The Better Business Bureau grades the business A+ and records one employee under his name, while stating plainly that it is not BBB accredited.

Scope is the one thing to pin down.
