Last 6 months: 5 reviews, 0 negative. ## The honest read In an August 2026 Google review, a first-time customer wrote that James installed a rubber roof on a flat area and shingles elsewhere, along with larger gutters and a new skylight over the kitchen. Integrity Home Services is a Stratford roofing company; its website says it has been in business since 1992 and serves Fairfield and New Haven counties. Roof repairs and replacements fill its Google and Angi reviews, which date from 2016 to 2026. An August 2026 reviewer said the problem was diagnosed within 24 hours, shown in pictures and fixed in a couple of hours 48 hours later. In a May 2025 review, James removed and replaced a roof and was onsite daily, and another May 2025 customer had gutter guards installed with no hidden costs or fees. A May 2022 review describes an entire roof replaced along with some plywood. Older Angi reviews tell of leak repairs: a 2019 customer's sun porch leak traced to original flashing, a 2018 skylight leak fixed with the more economical option, and a 2018 emergency in which James called 5 minutes after the request and arrived 40 minutes after that. Google shows 5★ from 19 ratings, and Angi and HomeAdvisor each show 4.8★ from 31 ratings. BBB gives it an A+ and lists it as accredited. The website offers free roof and attic inspections and free estimates and says the company is insured. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0578515, is active. **Strengths:** - Fast response — 2018 and 2026 reviews describe arrivals within hours to a day - Clear explanations — 2026 customer was shown pictures of the problem - Roof replacements — 2022 and 2025 reviews describe whole roofs replaced ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Installed a flat rubber roof, shingles, larger gutters and a skylight, per an August 2026 review _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xoblZHOTNVM1J0TVRsNlh5MW1aRkozTWxkS1JFRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x83f9774d21234695!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlhnVG93U3RtMTl6Xy1mZFJ3MldKREE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ First time using James at Itegrity Home Services.
