## The honest read

IronClad Pro Wash describes itself as a family-owned exterior cleaning company based in Bristol, Connecticut, cleaning siding, roofs, driveways, walkways, decks, patios, fences, pavers and solar panels for homes and commercial properties. Its stated service area covers 11 towns, from Farmington and Avon to Hartford, Middletown and Berlin. On Google it holds 5 stars from 31 ratings, and its BBB page shows an A+ grade and lists it as accredited.

A customer getting ready to sell a house needed walkways, patios and the house power washed, and said Damian saved a lot of time and headaches. One customer said the company sent texts such as "I'm on my way", was on time, and restored a patio so it looked new again. A homeowner who first hired IronClad for a full house power wash hired Damian again for an 8 year old stone patio.

A customer booked specialized power washing for oxidation on the siding and said Damian did a little more cleaning on one area because of it. A homeowner who needed a boulder in the landscaping cleaned and asked for roof cleaning said Damian explained the process, what chemicals he used and how to maintain it. A gutter-cleaning customer who was not home said Damian sent detailed before/after shots. A 2026 customer said Damian and Shannon arrived on time to clean solar panels.

A customer whose fence, house and shed were power washed said the pair were short on water and still honored the original pricing. In 2025, a customer said Damian showed up right on time and the driveway sealcoating was done without cutting corners.

A customer who had the whole house, gutters, retaining wall and patio cleaned said he finished late, after dark, and missed a few small spots with debris from the gutters or moss from the patio.

Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0706476, as active, held by Ironclad Pro Wash.

**Strengths:**
- Patio restoration — a customer said a patio was made to look new again
- A repeat hire — brought back for a stone patio after a house wash
- Process explained — Damian covered the chemicals used and how to maintain it
- A photo report — before/after shots sent while the customer was away
- Original price honored — kept even when the pair ran short on water

**Concerns:**
- A late finish — a customer said darkness left a few small spots missed
