Last 6 months: 2 reviews, 0 negative. ## The honest read Isa Construction is a Danbury outfit that does roofs, siding and gutters and a good deal of everything else around the house, and its Google page shows 5 stars from 19 ratings. Thumbtack shows 4.8 stars from 26 ratings. The newest job is a July 2026 Google review: the customer said the company gave a preliminary estimate from a visual inspection, was upfront that the final cost could change once the wall was opened, then updated the quote with photos and a clear description of the work. An April 2026 reviewer said Gabriel and his team did roof and gutter work. In a March 2026 review, a customer said Gabriel Calle ran a siding and gutter job on a new addition and the price was fair with no surprises. The older reviews show the range. A November 2025 customer said Darwin and the crew repaired a leak in a kitchen ceiling and later prepared a large deck for winter. In a July 2025 review, a customer described full interior painting, a privacy fence, basement flooring and chimney and ventilation repairs. A May 2025 reviewer said the front porch and rear deck were completely redone, and a February 2025 customer said the company helped them get a new roof through insurance for just the deductible. In a May 2023 Thumbtack review, a customer said the project started on the wrong foot over a miscommunication, and the crew got it back on track. The company says it offers free estimates and lists Fairfield, Litchfield and New Haven counties as its area. Its Connecticut HIC licence, HIC.0699468, is active. The Better Business Bureau rates it A+. **Strengths:** - Clear estimates — July 2026 quote updated with photos once walls opened - Siding and gutters — March 2026 job came with no surprises - Wide range of work — 2025 jobs included painting, fencing and decks ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Google rating of 5 stars from 19 ratings; Thumbtack 4.8 stars from 26 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Isa%20Construction&query_place_id=ChIJS50bgOj9hSERloaSnGq1nwM) — “Google: 5★ from 19 ratings” - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ct/danbury/lawn-care/isa-construction-llc/service/419368641968381954?spotlightWebMarkupEnabled=1) — “Thumbtack: 4.8★ from 26 ratings” - Connecticut HIC licence HIC.0699468 is active _(confidence: high)_ - [State License Registry](https://www.elicense.ct.gov/Lookup/LicenseLookup.aspx) — “CT hic license HIC.0699468 registry-verified active — registry holder of record: ISA CONSTRUCTION LLC” - Better Business Bureau grade of A+ _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ct/danbury/profile/roofing-contractors/isa-construction-llc-0111-110091940) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - A July 2026 customer said the estimate was accurate and updated with photos once the wall was opened _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2pFMVMxQnVkV1ppVlhOdlJTMVRNbkYwVFhGZk5WRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x39fb56a9c928696!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjE1S1BudWZiVXNvRS1TMnF0TXFfNVE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Great.
