On Google, iSP Roofing holds 4.9 stars from 62 ratings, and the company's site lists a service area that includes Middlebury, Danbury, New Haven, Bridgeport, Stamford and Greenwich. A recent customer with a very big roof said ISP completed the job in one day, cleaned up every scrap on the lawn and in the foundation plantings, and removed the dumpster the next day. A recent customer said Mark Grenier and Joe Sullivan guided them from the initial inspection through coordinating with the insurance company, removing and reinstalling their solar array, and the complete roof replacement. A recent customer said working with Thomas, Eli, Armando and the solar and roofing team took them from a solar system that was constantly breaking down to a new system in a brand new roof. A recent customer said Eli educated them on their roof and was transparent about material and pricing, and that their yard was spotless. A 2025 customer wrote on BuildZoom that after losing shingles in a wind storm, Juan Carlos, the roofing supervisor, came the next day and told them to file a homeowners insurance claim, which led to a new roof covered by insurance minus the deductible. That 2025 customer said the work crew moved benches, chairs and flower pots away from the house, dropped protective plastic over the house, was done by 6 PM and put everything back in the same spot. A 2025 customer said Jonathan helped them work with their insurance company on a full three-layer replacement of an older roof. A 2025 customer said Juan Carlos led their project and sent progress photos during the day, and that the final price reflected the original estimate. A 2025 customer said the crew was on time and finished in one day, but some debris was left behind and there was black dust over their patio furniture. A recent customer said they put down a payment to have snow guards installed in July, still had none two months later, and got no reply to calls, messages or an emailed refund request. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0669842, as active, held by ISP Roofing LLC. **Strengths:** - One-day roof installs — a recent customer said they finished by early evening - Insurance claim help — a 2025 customer said the supervisor suggested filing a claim - Yard cleanup — a recent customer said every scrap on the lawn was cleaned up **Concerns:** - Snow guard order — a recent customer had none two months after a down payment - Leftover debris — a 2025 customer said some debris was left behind ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Roof installations finished in a single day, according to recent customers _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xVNFN6ZzBVRWx0YkZkQ09GWTJRVzFDUWs5ZlYyYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xceed645321ef5e84!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlU4Szg0UEltbFdCOFY2QW1CQk9fV2c%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Thank you Mark G.
