It states that it offers free estimates. A 2026 review names Robert as the owner. A 2026 review describes more than four years of their service reducing ticks and mosquitoes in the yard, plus outdoor and indoor seasonal spraying for centipedes and silverfish; it adds that they once removed a hornet nest for free and calls their prices very reasonable. In a 2026 review, Robert helped address a major mice issue in a house that had been vacant for many months, and has since been helping with mosquitoes and ticks. A 2026 review says Steve from I.T.S. worked the entire perimeter of the house filling the little holes mice could use to get in, with no problem since. In 2025, a bat got into a home around 1:30am; Robert said he could get one of his guys out in the early afternoon, and Wes, the technician, located the bat and got it out within 10 minutes. A 2025 review said they sprayed for ants and ticks, gave preventative treatment for mice, and acted promptly to safely get a skunk out from under the home. In a 2025 review, Robert got an appointment within 48 hours for a potential mouse problem in a utility room, and Steve looked for areas of entry, sealed them and then implemented a plan. In a 2024 review, Rob came out the afternoon of the call about mice in a basement and explained how he would catch them; two days later two mice were trapped, and he removed them and reset the traps the same day. A 2023 review says they took down a basketball-sized hornet nest at the peak of a two-story barn, and were later used twice more for bats and chipmunks. In a 2025 review, a cat was trapped for 18 hours in a skunk trap the company had put out at the neighbors' and injured her eye; they said Robert was extremely defensive and rude when they asked him questions to get her the best treatment. **Strengths:** - Tick and mosquito control — yard treatment for 4+ years, per a 2026 review - Mouse entry sealing — Steve filled gaps around a house in 2026 - Bat removal — Wes found and removed a bat in 10 minutes in 2025 **Concerns:** - Skunk trap handling — a 2025 review says a cat was trapped 18 hours - Owner's response — a 2025 review called Robert extremely defensive and rude ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Says it offers professional and humane wildlife removal and pest control services throughout Massachusetts from Sherborn, MA _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://itspestandwildlifecontrol.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): I.T.S.
