## The honest read

Multiple 80-foot trees taken down in one day, with the trees only 14 inches from the house: that is how a 2024 customer described a J&J Brothers job, adding that they came back the next day to fill in tire ruts and re-seed. The company says it has been in business 9 years.

A recent customer said Cece sent a crew for two shrub areas overgrown with vines and weeds, and the job was done in one day. A recent customer said Andrew and his crew put in concrete footings for a carport installation and cleaned up after themselves. A 2025 customer said June came out quickly to assess a tree and send a quote before the crew removed it. A 2021 customer said J&J removed 27 large trees in 2 days, then spread wood chips, topsoil and grass seed.

A 2025 customer said a dumpster for a yard and garage clean-out showed up the same day and was blocked up on wood and leveled on a sloped driveway. A 2026 customer said J&J delivered a dumpster on time with short notice.

A local news site, nhregister.com, has reported that according to the state DOT, J&J Brothers, LLC would be removing dead and hazardous trees.

A 2025 customer said the company destroyed their driveway, was asked to cover a quarter of $1,100 in damage, and never followed up. A 2025 reviewer wrote that a dumpster was left on site for months and garbage was left behind when it was taken. A 2022 customer who rented a 30-yard dumpster disputed the company's message that it had tried to deliver early, saying no one came to the door. A 2025 reviewer said a firewood delivery came with rubbish and sheet rock mixed in.

**Strengths:**

- A same-day dumpster — a 2025 customer said it showed up the same day
- A shrub-area cleanup — a recent customer said the job took one day

**Concerns:**
