A 2020 review about a brand-new construction home says J&J was sent out when the HVAC was not cooling the house, spent a few minutes in the basement and said "all set!" while it was still blowing warm air. The same 2020 review says that when the builder sent them back out, he said it just needed to be charged with some refrigerant, and that about a week later, after a large amount of water turned up under the furnace unit, they said there was a freon leak and that they had fixed it.

That 2020 review also says no filter was ever installed in the system, and that another company that inspected it said running without a filter likely clogged up the entire coil, causing the leak. At the time of that 2020 review, the AC still blew warm air for a few hours on intermittent occasions.
