## The honest read

Two reviews landed on the same day in July 2026, and they tell opposite stories. One customer says the quote came down by $1,000 when they said it was out of their price range, and the work was quick. The other says a broken door for their elderly mother was promised and never replaced. Eighteen reviews have gone up on Google since 2025, averaging 4.8 stars.

Windows and doors are the steady work. Three windows in a living room and two in a dining room in June 2026; a slider replaced in August 2026 with the site cleaned up afterwards; a front door and storm door in October 2025 that the crew painted in the color the homeowner picked, leaving extra paint for touch-ups. A March 2025 customer had a sliding door replaced on short notice.

Jeremy's name comes up in five reviews. A December 2025 customer credited him with explaining the draft problem behind a broken window and keeping them posted when weather pushed the schedule, and a May 2025 reviewer had him and the crew renovate their mother's bathroom.

The jobs stretch past openings. A September 2025 customer had painting, junk removal and a front door replacement done over two months. In a July 2025 review, a team cleared 20 years of junk out of a basement and garage and carried a few items up to the second floor at no extra charge.

The July 2026 complaint is the one to weigh before you book. That writer says the company promised to replace a broken door for their elderly mother, put their brother off twice, stopped returning phone calls, and did not show up on the day the replacement was meant to happen.

For a window or door replacement where the price has to work — several reviewers mention quotes coming in below other companies — this is a crew customers say they would hire again. Its site is written for homeowners around Warwick, Rhode Island while giving a Thorndike, Massachusetts location and phone number, so confirm they cover your town, and pin the install date down in writing before you pay anything.

**Strengths:**
- Price flexibility — a July 2026 quote dropped $1,000 on request
- Clean finishes — reviewers in 2025 and 2026 note sites left tidy
- Ahead of schedule — a November 2025 job beat its estimated completion
- Short-notice doors — a March 2025 slider replaced quickly
- Paint included — a 2025 front door painted, extra paint left behind
- Wider jobs — painting, junk removal and a bathroom renovation in 2025

**Concerns:**
- No-show on a door — a July 2026 review reports unreturned calls and a missed date

**Where sources disagree:**
- The site's marketing copy speaks to homeowners in Warwick, Rhode Island, while the location and phone number it lists are in Thorndike, Massachusetts.
