## The honest read

J Dias Plumbing LLC took on a job other plumbers would not: a recent Google customer needed a waterline run from the sink to the fridge, said multiple plumbers had turned it down as a "small job", and said he was quick to schedule it.

A recent customer said John installed a new water heater, arrived on time, explained the installation process clearly and left the work area clean and tidy. A recent customer said John has been their go-to person for about the past year, for both a personal property and businesses, citing responsiveness, fair pricing and quality of work. A recent customer said John got back to them very quickly and the service was prompt when they had an issue. A 2025 customer wrote that their heat was fixed and called the work quick and reliable.

A recent one-star reviewer said the price was double that of other contractors and advised avoiding the business if possible.

**Strengths:**
- A water heater install — a recent customer said John arrived on time
- A small job taken — a recent customer said other plumbers had refused it
- A quick reply — a recent customer said John got back very quickly

**Concerns:**
- High price — a recent customer said double that of other contractors
