Last 6 months: 0 reviews, 0 negative. ## The honest read Every detailed review of JACC Construction is about a roof, and four of them name the same person: Armando. The Connecticut roofer holds 5 stars from 4 Google ratings and an A+ from the BBB, and its Thumbtack profile says it has 15 years of experience and offers free roof inspections. In a November 2024 Google review, a homeowner who needed roof work urgently said the crew arrived on time, protected the house during the installation and left the site clean. Two February 2025 reviewers had their roofs replaced: one said the job finished faster than expected and was left spotless, the other that the crew protected both the reviewer's property and the neighbors'. The record goes back further: in a 2019 Angi review, a customer said Armando did their roof by himself in a short time at a reasonable price. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0652249, is active in the name JACC Construction LLC. **Strengths:** - Roof replacements — every detailed review describes a new roof - Armando — named in four reviews for clear answers - Clean sites — 2024 and 2025 reviewers note thorough cleanup ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 5 stars from 4 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=JACC%20CONSTRUCTION&query_place_id=ChIJsTJZYcmDkoYRSm2zSuDWVTQ) — “Google: 5★ from 4 ratings” - BBB grade A+ _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ct/waterbury/profile/home-improvement/jacc-construction-llc-0111-110094152) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - Active Connecticut home improvement contractor registration HIC.0652249, held by JACC Construction LLC _(confidence: high)_ - [State License Registry](https://www.elicense.ct.gov/Lookup/LicenseLookup.aspx) — “CT hic license HIC.0652249 registry-verified active — registry holder of record: JACC CONSTRUCTION LLC” - Its Thumbtack profile cites 15 years of experience and free roof inspections _(confidence: medium)_ - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ct/waterbury/roofing/jacc-construction/service/333466549769224210) — “About (Thumbtack, self-described): 15 years of experience.
