## The honest read

Jamco Demolition lists bathroom, kitchen, house, garage, interior and porch demolition among the services on its website, and names fifteen towns in its service area, including Portland, South Portland, Saco, Lewiston and Kittery.

A recent customer said Jim and Jamco Demolition took on a massive old farmhouse demo with care, even preserving delicate original trim, and left without a trace. A recent customer said Jim and his crew did a bathroom demo for them, praised the communication and the clean up, and wrote that they will hire Jamco for their next bathroom demo.

A 2026 customer said the company demoed a kitchen and bathroom, cleaned up after themselves, and gave advice about some pipes needing repair. A 2025 customer from South Portland wrote that Jim was always reachable, from the first phone call through the removal and cleanup of their old garage. A 2025 customer said Jim and his crew removed two sheds from the back of the property. A 2025 Thumbtack reviewer said the Jamco crew installed subflooring and knocked down an interior wall in their new house. A 2025 customer named the workers as Brent and Nick and said the work was completed as promised, at the price quoted, with the area kept tidy and clean.

A 2023 customer said they hired James and his crew for a larger selective demolition job and that James showed up when he said he was going to. A 2022 customer said they hired the company to demo the inside of their house.
