## The honest read

Jay's Moving Handy Services handles moves and handyman jobs, and it shows 5 stars from 12 Google ratings.

One customer waited until the last minute to find someone to move their things and said the entire apartment was moved in 2 hours. A customer said they were on time and strong enough to move the heaviest items up and down stairs. Calling from out of town, a customer said Jay helped a great deal with a moving issue. One customer called the payment reasonable for the amount of stuff moved.

The work goes beyond boxes. A customer who called on a Sunday morning to have 4 air conditioners installed said Jay's team arrived later that Sunday and stayed until the job was finished, with two of the units carried up steep stairs to the second floor. Jay installed a furniture unit in one customer's apartment and did additional house painting, that customer wrote. One customer used them for moving and some handyman work and called them friendly and reasonable.

Jay came out in response to a last-minute late-night request, one customer said, and worked quickly and with care. On one of the rainiest days of the summer, a customer of Jay's company said he offered to come collect everything regardless of the weather.

**Strengths:**
- Last-minute moves — a customer's entire apartment was moved in 2 hours
- Moving on stairs — a customer said they moved the heaviest items up and down stairs
- A Sunday install — a customer said Jay's team stayed until it was finished
- A reasonable price — a customer said the payment fit the amount moved
