Its Houzz profile says Trevor Jeanson comes from a family of builders that have been in the construction industry for 50+ years, and that he relocated to southern New Hampshire with his family. A recent customer who built a home with the company gave it one star, saying communication was inconsistent and that work was completed without alignment to the agreed-upon plans or without prior approval. That customer said the final punch list was not completed and that fixing the outstanding items cost them more time and money. A recent customer said subcontractors put a new set of stairs off their back deck without flashing or pressure treated wood, and that it created thousands of dollars of water damage to their brand new home. The same customer said they had to have a real contractor fix the work, and that neither Trevor nor his contractor showed up to fix it. In a 2023 review, a customer said Jeanson Construction replaced their deck and built a new unattached garage, and wrote that they hoped to have them build a vacation home in the future. **Strengths:** - Deck and garage — a 2023 customer said they replaced a deck and built a garage **Concerns:** - Plan deviations — a recent customer said work strayed from agreed plans - Unfinished punch list — a recent customer said the final punch list wasn't completed - Deck stair work — a recent customer reported no flashing and water damage - Subcontractor oversight — a recent customer said subs weren't held accountable ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 3.4 stars from 5 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Jeanson%20Contracting%20llc&query_place_id=ChIJ7R0zckqt44kRMzmz0w48Tk8) — “Google: 3.4★ from 5 ratings” - Its Houzz profile says Trevor Jeanson comes from a family of builders in the construction industry for 50+ years _(confidence: medium)_ - [Houzz](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/general-contractors/innovative-living-llc-pfvwus-pf~1891971807) — “About (Houzz profile, the business's own statement): Trevor Jeanson comes from a family of builders that have been in the construction indus…” - A recent customer who built a home with the company said work was completed without alignment to the agreed-upon plans and the final punch list was not completed _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25GMWJHbGFUSHBGYW1kU1prMUZNR1JDVVRkUFdsRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x4f4e3c0ed3b33933!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOnF1bGlaTHpFamdSZk1FMGRCUTdPWlE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “1★ We built our home with this contractor and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
