A recent customer woke at 3 am to water coming through a second-floor bathroom from the bathtub above over Labor Day weekend, and texted Louis, whom the review calls the owner. He texted back "I'll be there within a hour," came with parts for that brand of faucets and shower, and fixed the problem on a Saturday afternoon. A recent customer with a broken pipe and water leaking said they were there within the hour and the problem was solved in under an hour. The everyday jobs are plain plumbing. Mike hooked up a washing machine hose and replaced a bathtub's waste and overflow plate for a recent customer. A recent customer said the company has installed a toilet, fixed kitchen leaks, installed a new water heater, replaced a sump pump and snaked a clogged drain for them.
